Our mission is to make healthy clean food accessible to families on the Western Slope.
What does clean food mean to us? It means no antibiotics, no hormones, no pesticides or herbicides in the food. It means no toxins! That starts with knowing our sources, and the practices they employ. It also means food that’s properly washed prepared to eliminate any natural defenses the plants may have, such as soaking or sprouting seeds and legumes. Education
We consider this to be a demonstration farm to table restaurant, and we will be filming curriculum with our recipes, techniques, and wisdom of the kitchen.
