Jyoti's Seeds For Change Collection

Jyoti's Seeds for Change Foundation is driven to support natural farming, local food access and projects that connect the health of our communities to the land around us.

Our Marble Farms campus is built around a Freight Farm, a self-contained, high-tech vertical farm packed inside a standard 40-foot shipping container. It is 320 square feet, capable of producing the equivalent of 2 acres of fresh, zero pesticide, non-gmo produce–the equivalent of 900 heads of lettuce a week. Small but ever so mighty! No matter the weather outside, this farm is growing year round, bug-free, and on only 5 gallons of water a day. Our commitment continues, as we strive to be mindful of our packaging as well, using plant-based, compostable materials - avoiding any unnecessary use of plastics or adding to a landfill.

Greens, Beets, Lettuces, Carrots, Herbs, Microgreens, Radishes and so much more - we are planting new seeds every week. We’d love to hear what you’d like us to grow!

Our lead farmer Amy brings experience in human development, education, nutrition, gardening, and permaculture, and is passionate about the farm’s mission. Our regular volunteers from the community are hands-on in the farm: helping us plant seeds, harvest, and explore how we are mimicking nature with our hydroponic practices. If you are looking to channel your inner farmer, come on down to the farm and volunteer - we’d love to have you join the team.

Marble Farms also acts as an educational hub for the community, including the children of the Marble Charter School. They are able to join us for weekly agricultural educational sessions, rooted in learning to grow from seed to harvest.

Planting a seed is an act of hope, a belief in a better tomorrow. Be the seed!
