Jyoti's Seeds For Change Collection

The campus is built around a self-contained, high-tech vertical farm packed inside a standard 40-foot shipping container. It transforms just 320 square feet of space into a climate-controlled growing powerhouse capable of producing 990 heads of lettuce a week. Small but ever so mighty! No matter the weather outside, this farm grows year-round; and despite Colorado’s low snow pack and water concerns, this farm helps us grow all year long on only 5 gallons a day.
Meet Our Lead Farmer and Farm Educator
Amy is our farmer, teacher, deep listener, and operations manager for our Marble Farms Project. A lifelong learner and educator, she brings experience in human development, education, nutrition, gardening, and permaculture. She’s passionate about healthy soil, clean water, meaningful education, and compassionate community.
Amy is aided by regular volunteers from the community (want to volunteer, sign up here) including the students who join us at the farm. They are hands-on at the farm: helping us plant seeds, harvest, and learn. We love that the students who join us gain an essential life skill: knowing how to grow food, which builds character, resilience, and confidence.
