Best Slope Pizza Co. was born from a love of authentic Neapolitan pizza and a deep-rooted connection to Colorado’s North Fork Valley. Founded in 2023 by chef Brandt Bishop, the vision grew out of years spent perfecting recipes at home and honing culinary skills in Seattle’s kitchens before returning to Colorado.
Back on the Western Slope, Brandt found inspiration in the region’s agricultural abundance and its strong sense of community. The philosophy was simple: put quality first, in every slice. From thoughtfully sourced local produce to naturally leavened, hand-stretched dough, each pizza reflects that commitment and is baked to perfection in our Gozney ovens.
