Crisp, mild, and wonderfully versatile, daikon radishes are a staple in many Asian cuisines. These long, white radishes have a gentler bite than traditional red radishes, with a refreshing crunch when eaten raw and a lovely sweetness when cooked. Slice them into salads or slaws, pickle them for a tangy condiment, or add them to soups, stir-fries, and roasted vegetable dishes.

Grown by Stuart Kramer, whose farm sits beside Western Culture Farmstead and is known for its incredibly healthy soil. A delicious way to bring a little more variety from our local farms to your kitchen!
