Located in Delta, Panitojas Farm is a USDA Certified Organic farm run by a father-and-son team who are now entering their third growing season. In just a few short years they've built an incredibly productive farm, and it's exciting to see how much they've grown.

Their focus is simple: grow beautiful, flavorful vegetables and sweet summer melons using certified organic practices that care for both the soil and the people eating the food.

This week we're bringing in a huge selection of their harvest—from onions, garlic, squash, cucumbers, cauliflower, and sweet corn to juicy watermelon. They're also partnering with an orchard in Palisade that grows peaches using organic practices, helping bring us Colorado peaches after Paonia sadly lost its fruit crop this season.
