Dooley Creek Farm

Nestled in the beautiful Crystal River Valley, Dooley Creek Farm is a diverse, hundred-acre regenerative farm dedicated to building soil, strengthening ecosystems, and producing deeply nourishing food for our community.
Through managed grazing and thoughtful composting practices, the farm focuses first on what matters most: healthy soil. Because healthy soil grows healthy plants. Healthy plants feed healthy animals. And healthy animals nourish healthy people. It's a simple philosophy — and a powerful one.
Dooley Creek Farm offers premium-quality, beyond-organic beef, pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs raised with care, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
A Fourth-Generation Farm
Dooley Creek Farm is stewarded by the Meredith and Shipman families, now in the fourth generation on this land. Their roots here run deep — and so does their responsibility to care for it.
They see themselves not just as farmers, but as stewards of the land and its ecosystems. As friends and neighbors. As local producers who feed their own families the same food they offer to yours.
Their work is guided by faith, family, and a belief that regeneration — of soil, food systems, and community — is possible when we farm in alignment with nature.

Their Mission
Dooley Creek Farm's mission is simple and profound:
To work as a family to foster ecological and human flourishing by producing nutritious food through regenerative farming practices.
Every pasture rotation, every compost pile, every carefully raised animal reflects that mission — and a commitment to leave the land better than they found it.
