Western Culture Farmstead & Creamery, established in 2015 by David and Suanne Miller, is a USDA-licensed microdairy located in Paonia, Colorado. Dedicated to sustainable farming practices, they specialize in producing high-quality, small-batch artisan goat cheeses.
Suanne, the cheesemaker, crafts a diverse range of cheeses, including Manchego-style aged varieties and fresh chevre, all inspired by the seasonal rhythms of the farm. Visitors are welcome daily from 9 AM to 5 PM to sample their artisan cheeses, explore the farm, and meet the friendly goats.
