Pasture Raised Lamb Noisettes (13.75 oz +/- 1oz)
Pasture-Raised Lamb Noisettes – 13.75 oz (+/– 1 oz) from Fire Mountain Ranch
Elegant and tender, these pasture-raised lamb noisettes from Fire Mountain Ranch are cut from the loin — the most delicate and flavorful part of the lamb. The Dorper breed is known for its mild, buttery flavor and fine texture, making these medallions ideal for refined yet simple meals.
Raised on open pasture with natural forage, Fire Mountain’s lambs live stress-free and in balance with the land, producing meat that’s both ethically raised and exceptionally delicious.
Cooking Tips:

Why we love Fire Mountain Farmstead:
Fire Mountain Farmstead is a small regenerative farm utilizing beyond-organic practices on a high desert mesa in Western Colorado. James McCain and Niki Carpenter founded their farm on rented land in 2016 outside Paonia, Colorado and they moved twelve miles down the road to Roger’s Mesa in 2020 when they found ten acres to call their own. They produce grass-fed and finished lamb and mutton products, organic-fed and free-range chicken and duck eggs, pork products, freeze-dried offal dog treats, full spectrum hemp (CBD) oil, herbal extracts, vanilla extract, and various seasonal vegetables and herbs. We also offer unique tiny house farm stays, farm tours, and a range of hand-crafted products, such as our all-natural soaps.
