Knuckle Bones

Pasture-Raised | 16 oz

Don’t overlook the power of the humble knuckle bone! Our 16 oz packs of beef knuckle bones are collagen-rich and full of flavor, perfect for crafting deeply nourishing bone broth and hearty homemade stock.

Why Knuckle Bones?
Knuckle bones are packed with connective tissue and cartilage — ideal for making gelatin-rich broth that supports joint health, gut lining, and skin elasticity. They’re a must-have for any traditional kitchen.

How to Use Them:

  • Gelatin-Rich Bone Broth: Simmer knuckle bones with filtered water, apple cider vinegar, onions, garlic, and herbs for 18–24 hours. You’ll get a rich, jelly-like broth that’s perfect for sipping or cooking.

  • Soup & Stock Base: Add to your stockpot with marrow or soup bones for extra body and depth of flavor.

  • Slow-Cooked Comfort: Use in stews or braises — just strain the broth and enjoy the savory benefits.

Pro Tip: Freeze your broth in mason jars or ice cube trays for easy, nourishing add-ins to rice, soups, and sauces.

Raised with care on open pasture and flash-frozen for peak freshness — these bones bring the heart of the farm into your home.
