Grill, Smoke, or Bake:

  • Low & Slow: Rub with your favorite spices, wrap in foil, and bake at 275°F for 2–3 hours. Finish on the grill with BBQ sauce for that sticky, smoky glaze.

  • Smoker Ready: Spare ribs shine with hickory or applewood. Smoke ‘em low until tender, then sauce and sear.
