Marrow Bones

Pasture-Raised | 12 oz

Rich, nourishing, and full of old-fashioned flavor — our 12 oz pack of beef marrow bones is the secret ingredient your kitchen’s been missing. Sourced from pasture-raised cattle at Dooley Creek Farm, these bones are perfect for sipping broths, hearty soups, or roasting for a gourmet treat.

Why Marrow?
Beef marrow is loaded with collagen, healthy fats, and minerals like calcium and phosphorus. It supports joint, skin, and gut health — and tastes incredible, too.

Ways to Use It:

  • Bone Broth: Simmer with water, onion, garlic, herbs, and a splash of vinegar for 12–24 hours. Strain and sip, or use as a base for soups and stews.

  • Roasted Marrow: Roast at 450°F for 15–20 minutes. Scoop the buttery marrow onto toast with sea salt and parsley — a simple, elegant appetizer.

  • Budget Boost: Add to soups, beans, or braises to stretch flavor and nutrition on a budget.

Pro Tip: Freeze extra broth in ice cube trays to add depth to sauces, grains, or quick stir-fries.

A little goes a long way — and your taste buds (and your body) will thank you.
