Doretta and Mitch were recommended by a favorite client of ours who raved about their delicious sprouts. This micro farm is located in Basalt, Colorado. While we try to source the bulk of our products from the Paonia river valley, we decided to make an exception here. We love that this farm is local to the Roaring Fork Valley.

“While redesigning an outdoor garden into a greenhouse, we, quite by accident fell in love with the idea of growing our own food for us and our community.  During the Pandemic of 2020, we stopped going to our favorite restaurants and started cooking much more at home.  Having been a restaurant owner and chef for 35 years, the passion for cooking was always there, but with no work, stay at home orders and just our family of 6 boys and us to cook for, we gave it a go and started growing, and growing a lot.  Now, we are not only gearing up to help serve the community the freshest most nutritious products available, but are in the process of our first cookbook.  When the pandemic gave us Lemons, we used the seeds to grow our future.  We hope you love the products as much as we love producing them.  Love to you and yours.”
