Her farm on picturesque Pitkin Mesa overlooks a thriving organic apple orchard and serves as both a productive homestead and a place of natural beauty.

Carol is best known for her one-of-a-kind flower bouquets — stunning, seasonal arrangements that she grows, harvests, and handcrafts herself.
