Why It’s a Favorite:
Sirloin is naturally tender, high in protein, and a great source of iron, B12, and zinc. It’s leaner than a ribeye but still full of flavor, making it a great everyday steak.

Cooking Tips:

  • Grill it: Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear over high heat for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

  • Pan-sear it: Heat a cast iron skillet until hot, sear each side, then finish with butter, garlic, and herbs.

  • Slice it up: Let it rest, then slice thin for steak salads, tacos, or steak-and-eggs.

Serving Ideas:

We are a diverse hundred acre regenerative farm located in the Crystal River Valley. Our focus is soil-building through managed grazing and composting. We offer premium quality, beyond organic beef, chicken, pork, turkey and eggs.
