Lean & Versatile:
Round steak is a great source of protein, iron, and B vitamins — perfect for a wholesome meal that fills you up and fuels you right. It’s best cooked with a little love: marinate it, grill it hot, and slice it thin.

Grill Season Tip:
Marinate for a few hours (try olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and rosemary), then sear over high heat for 4–6 minutes per side. Let it rest, slice across the grain, and serve with grilled veggies or corn on the cob.

Great For:

  • Steak sandwiches with horseradish aioli

  • Stir-fry or steak fajitas

  • Sliced over Caesar or arugula salad

We are a diverse hundred acre regenerative farm located in the Crystal River Valley. Our focus is soil-building through managed grazing and composting. We offer premium quality, beyond organic beef, chicken, pork, turkey and eggs.

We are the Meredith and Shipman families, now in the fourth generation on this land. We are committed to caring for the land and its ecosystems and committed to providing healthy food for ourselves and others. We are stewards of the land. We are your friends and neighbors, your local farmers.
