Sunday mornings are pretty special in Paonia, locals make their way down to @coquelicot_pastries to worship the French pastries at “Church of Clem”. These delectable creations and hand made from scratch, and the menu changes every week.

Clem is a french baker who has found herself calling the sleepy Western Colorado town Paonia home. She is a master at what she does, and Paonia is thrilled to have her. Gluten Free has never tasted so good.
