Sunday mornings are pretty special in Paonia, as hundreds of locals make their way down to @coquelicot_pastries to worship the French pastries at “Church of Clem”. These delectable creations and hand made from scratch, and the menu changes every week.

Clem is a french baker who has found herself calling the sleepy Western Colorado town Paonia home. She is a master at what she does, and Paonia is thrilled to have her. Gluten Free has never tasted so good.

Her creations are all amazing and freeze well (yes we have been known to buy one of everything and keep a stash in the freezer – comes in handy to impress visitors!) You’re welcome.
