Mountain Oven is an organic bakery and millhouse devoted to supporting local food systems, run by Chris Sullivan and Dana Whitcomb.
Our croissants are the real deal – flaky and soft all butter sourdough-based croissants laminated and shaped by hand. And all organic too, of course! Croissants are the pinnacle of bread and butter- we are deeply enthusiastic about the art that goes into their creation and honor the process by using the highest quality ingredients including organic cultured butter.

Our croissant dough filled with spinach, cream cheese, a subtle touch of garlic, onion, and salt. This croissant is buttery, savory, tender, and flaky. We make our croissants with organic cultured butter – one of our ways to create a croissant with an elevated flavor profile and as many buttery flakes as one can fit into a baked good!
