Founded on deep respect for the land and a passion for healthy food, our 20‑acre certified organic operation produces an ever‑changing bounty of vegetables, herbs, and flowers — alongside pastured chicken eggs and seasonal small‑batch preserves.

Our Philosophy
We believe that truly nourishing food begins with healthy soil. Every bed is built and amended by hand, using compost, cover crops, and natural mineral inputs to feed beneficial microbes and lock in moisture. No synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or GMOs ever cross our fields — only heirloom and open‑pollinated seed varieties selected for flavor, resilience, and nutritional density.

What We Grow
From early‑spring greens and spinach to summer tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers, our crop mix shifts with the seasons. Fall brings winter squash, hardy root vegetables, and storage onions.
